Ben Macauley
Chief Executive Officer
Has 25+ years’ of experience in accounting, finance and C level management. Combined with his strong commercial and leadership skills, he constantly drives businesses to success. For this reason Ben works closely with each business clients, helping mentor them on how better they can improve their operations.
Mark Richardson

Has 15 years’ experience in finance with specialist skills in Funds Management, Investment Advice and Analysis. Mark plays a critical role in providing quality advice to investors and the management of their funds, ensuring the ongoing growth of the funds that are used to provide businesses with liquidity.
Kevin Chandler
Chairman
Has over 40 years business experience with strong experience in acquisitions, mergers, fund raising and multi-site, multi-state operations. Founder of Chandler Macleod Group Ltd, Kevin led the organisation as it opened 9 offices and turned over $25m in the first year of operation and grew revenue to over $1.5 billion in 2015. Kevin was also formerly a Director of Nanyang Ventures, an Australian Vintage Capital Fund Manager.
Jason James Holman

Has ~10 years’ experience in financial analysis, family office governance and wealth management. He is critical in managing the wealth of our families by shaping family office solutions and providing critical insights into where improvements can be made.
